About Us

Who We Are

At Senior Snouts Sanctuary & Rescue, we believe every animal deserves a safe place to heal, feel loved, and call home. Founded on compassion and dedication, our sanctuary and rescue provide a haven for animals in need — from abandoned and neglected pets to those with special needs who require extra care and patience.

Senior Snouts Sanctuary & Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization devoted to giving senior and at-risk dogs a second chance at life. Our (EIN) is 39-3355635. We provide lifelong care for dogs who may never be adopted and work tirelessly to find loving foster and forever homes for those who can

Our sanctuary offers a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where every dog receives medical attention, nutritious meals, grooming, and — most importantly — unconditional love. We believe that every senior dog, regardless of age or health, deserves dignity, comfort, and compassion in their golden years.

By partnering with compassionate volunteers, foster families, and supporters, we are building a community where senior dogs are celebrated, cared for, and given the happy endings they deserve.

Our Impact

We are more than just a rescue — we are a family of passionate volunteers, fosters, and supporters working together to write new stories of hope and second chances.

Through our adoption program, we match animals with loving forever homes. For those who cannot be adopted due to health or behavioral challenges, our sanctuary provides a lifetime of care, dignity, and safety.

Every wagging tail, every nuzzle is a reminder of why we do this. And it’s only possible because of the generosity of people like you — those who believe that all animals deserve compassion.

Join us — whether by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating — and be part of the journey to give every animal the life they deserve.

Because here, love has no limits.

Mission & Promise

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals, while promoting kindness, education, and responsible pet ownership in our community.

Whether it’s a scared dog rescued from the streets, a senior dog left behind, or a farm animal in need of sanctuary, we open our doors and our hearts. Each animal that comes to us receives medical attention, nourishing food, enrichment, and most importantly — love.
